So anyway, thanks for the thought there anyway, and Joe have a good rest of your day, say hello to Lori, K7BCM and hopefully we'll get to hear her on the air. "text": "Hey top of the morning there Joe KKMZ net control with K7 BCM and Laurie to get these guys to shut up in the background here. I was listening to my scanner, but Thanksgiving I'm not sure more than likely we're gonna Meet up over at my sister's who lives right next door to me and me my brother and sister and two nephews I'm probably just gonna have a nice Thanksgiving dinner with the family members which is always good you know but then I have to think about those that that don't have family you know they're there I think about even the homeless people that are gonna wonder going to be wondering what to do on Thanksgiving it's going to be a probably a probably hard session of hardship for them you know trying to probably there's a lot of warming centers that are going to feed them and stuff. But with me, it's all that we get together like with the family. And there was one year that my, when my mom and dad were still here and some of my aunts and uncles, we had about quite a few people over here. I'm not, don't remember how many, but it was all aunts, uncles and cousins. It was kind of cool, we had to borrow some tables from the church I used to attend. When I was growing up, my childhood church I went to, we got some tables and set them up and had a bunch of family over one year and it was nice. That was probably one of the best Thanksgivings we've had. Other than that, it's just been the immediate family getting together and all that. Anyway, Joe, I want to thank you for taking the net for Joe, KT7JOE. Hope he's doing well today and probably getting ready for the big day tomorrow. So I want to thank you all for being here and let's all keep up the good work and keep coming back. As I always say, and I'm glad that, I'm really glad you guys don't frown on those two sayings I want to encourage people to you know, keep coming back, especially the newcomers that come in and listen in No, you newcomers out there. Don't be afraid to pick up that microphone and check in with us Let me hear from some of you now Don't let that microphone get intimidate you it didn't me really so Anyway, Joe you and Laurie have a happy Thanksgiving and then I'm saying the big virtual hug out your way way, hugs go around all around for Thanksgiving. So with that, K7Z and the group, K67YFE, happy Thanksgiving to all to you and to you all a good day."

"text": " Alright, deal one UKZ, UKZ7YFE, net control. Well thank you, Daryl, for coming in. And yesterday I spent some time working using my AnyTone radio I've got over here, AnyTone 878, and I kind of kept it on my belt. We were doing some kind of an assimilated emergency type deal on our local repeater yesterday morning. It was rather good, but I didn't know any of the other frequencies they would be meeting up on. I thought they were saying something about HF and that kind of thing. But at any rate, that was for areas of amateur radio emergency services is what we do here. I've been involved in that for a little bit, so it's kind of fun. Alright, Daryl, have a good rest of your day and most of all be safe. And I want to thank you for hosting the Do Drop In again for those that like to listen to the Michigan Conference or the Worldwide Friendship Net when it is connected up and coming on over to the Calibunga Net. Alright, we're going to clear with deal one UKZ and we're going to the top of this list. We're going to say hello to one of our Saturday Net controllers, Joe, KK7Z from KZ7YFE and we can't forget Lori, K7BCM. I'm kind of surprised I'm able to remember some of these calls like I am. Over to you, Joe. Thanks, everybody."

"text": " Hey, good morning Joe and the Nets. KK7Z net control. We can't forget the ever lovely and popular Lori K7BCM. I got to add her in there too and recognize her. But yeah, as far as I haven't had any really severe broken bones, but there was one time when I was 16 and I was roller skating and I fell on my right wrist and it still works but it had a hair pin fracture in it. And then yeah, that's the first story. But I had the task for six weeks and I'm still moving it really fine now. I'm still moving it fine today. I mean it's still working alright. But there was a time back in 89 now, here's another one. I was walking home from band practice one time. I was in this wannabe thrash band and we were playing a lot of mosh pit music and stuff to get, stuff these guys wrote, songs and stuff. I was walking home one evening and I was going to stop in the Dairy Queen and get me a hamburger. My dad made me this cane that looked like a great big Thomas Hawk or sword or something like that. I was walking along Stevens and I slammed into a signpost that unbeknownst to me, a light was hitting me right in the face and I didn't see that signpost come up and CRACK. My left eyebrow got the brunt of it man. And I was bleeding like a stuck hog walking in the Dairy Queen. And everybody and his dog was just like vultures on a kill man. It was just like vultures all over a kill. I mean they were just walking around me making sure I was okay. And oh man, I got to the hospital and got five stitches and never banged into another speed limit signpost again. So that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Thank you Joe for the net. I want to thank everybody else for being here and I hope nobody got too grossed out by my bloody adventure or adventures in black. Look at that. KK7Z, there's KZ7YB sending it back to you man. Give Lori a big hug for us."
