But anyway, you're in the log correctly and good to hear your report. Yes, lots of pups around. Oh, I forget, I think it's Pogo is Rich's dog. He's just lying in the sun. So happy over there. He's not too far from you listening in on the net. Alrighty, let's see your next up is K6RAX. How is Santa Cruz? Santa Cruz is real nice right now. It's not real hot. It's about 64 degrees according to my other thing. It's supposed to get up to 70. It was a little cloudy this morning, but the sun came with blue skies, white clouds, sun shining down. We had a break session for the second one of the month and half the people there were in t-shirts and shorts. So it was pretty pleasant. We had about a dozen people. One of our members just came back from a 15 day trek to the upper island and Washington and he's telling us the stories of his radio contacts and his travels. So it was a pretty interesting get together. Not too much else is happening so take it easy this afternoon. K6RAX back to net. K6RAX Alpha-doll 78. Mike, if I was still living over in Santa Cruz I bet you I'd be going to your club meetings and having fun. So it sounds like it's super awesome. A friend went over to Vancouver. I was over in Banff, Canada and was operating out there. It was a lot of fun. I definitely enjoyed that. Banff is a beautiful place to visit. What all did I see there? There's a waterfall. I wanted to see the glacier. But it didn't get out there. That's about two hours up the road and we decided not to do that. But entering Vancouver Island is a wonderful place to visit. Good to hear from you and have a good rest of your weekend. Next up is W7P and V. I talked to him earlier tonight when he was on my antenna net. So speaking of antenna net, the antenna net went really good. We had some good questions from New Ham's and discussed some other antenna nets. Just for general, we have just a good solid hour of antenna so it was good. I'm very happy with it. I'm here in the Bay Area. It was like 90 degrees here today but I'm not sure if that's good. But definitely it was warm. I might turn it on a couple of times. But you know it's nice to have you say that. Meanwhile, I had my cleaner came in and she took care of the apartment for me. And boy they are good out of this group. But just spotless. And so she went in and did something and went in the room. And some reason she, I think, hit the off button on it down on the floor. It was there. And tell Alexa to return to the lab on it. It wouldn't turn on. So I went over there and waited. And at the bottom in black was the audio. I think I've never seen a microphone that could play a part. So everyone was experimenting. Other than that, that's about it for you Rebecca. Thank you for doing that as always. My sister broke down just about a month ago now. There's a cleaning crew that comes in and cleans up our house once a month. And it really, it is a help. Amazing. It's amazing getting the oven cleaned once a month. But yeah, perfect. I'm glad that you're getting that cleaning crew in. And yeah, you know, I guess it's a small price to pay for having a clean house. Sometimes they just mess with your step. But that's great. I'm so glad the antenna net went well. I love that you do that. Every day at 7 p.m. Pacific time. That's awesome Jeff. Thank you so much for your report. And have a fun ham radio full day tomorrow. Saturday. 7-3 Jeff. Alright, next on the list is Herb in Galveston, Texas. Please come ahead with your report Herb. Open the internet, Rebecca. And everyone on the net. Well, it's a typical Friday night. I've got the guy on and he's sampling all kinds of stuff from all over the country. As far north as Kansas and as far west as Texas. And he's doing a lot of work. I haven't had a chance to go to the store and get ice cream. So I haven't had a taste of ice cream over a week. And I'm kind of going through ice cream withdrawal. I've got to see if I can get something the next day or two. Definitely been the weather for it because it's really warm. I'm not sure if it's going to be a good time. And let's see what else is going on. Last week I happened to look at the weather for the first time. And I'm not sure if it's going to be a good time. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Well last week I was having to look at the O'Neill Air Festival, the air show that they're handling. And I got to see some of the acts they were doing us doing in our minds. So that was cool because I'm kind of an aviation love. I used to like to go to the air shows a lot and take lots of pictures. I've got all kinds of pictures of the Thunderbirds, the Blue Angels, the Snowbirds, other types of acts. And I haven't been in a while just now. So you know it was good to see any of these. Can we see them online? And let's see what else is going on in the world. I can't really think of much of anything. I'm thinking I had a whole lot to talk about but I guess I know. So with that I'm going to say 73 88 all the numbers stands for Hulson and Nat. The back of me. Scat 550 YB. That's the Nat. Well thank you so much. Yeah. Our friend Matt was in town so we got to see a little bit of the air show. I was dragging my feet so we missed a lot of it. But anyway, KI-7UEF was in town and I went to see them for the first time. And didn't see much and it's all my fault. But anyway, that's cool. I did know that you were an aviation buff. That's awesome Herb. I'm glad that you got to see some of it. And just so you know I have a quick solve for your ice cream problem. All you got to do is just jump in the car and head this way. Because Sunday they were doing an ice cream social in a beautiful part of Seattle called Green Lake. So quick fix. Just get in your car now, fill it up with gas and head north. 73 88 and all the numbers Herb. Have a wonderful weekend and thanks for the Guy Fieri update. This is Rebecca KK79JZ and you're listening to the 9PSRG Social Net. Let's start a new list. Call sign and name, RF and internet. K-3-O-E-7 Juliet X-ray, tracking for R with Kilo Juliet cover, Romeo Alpha Bravo, K-Mobile. K-6 Romeo Alpha X-ray, Peter Santa Cruz, I-O. Alright, I'm going to draw a line there so I can catch up a little. First on the list is Rich, K-3-O-E and Polo. Next we have KJ7 JXM and KJ7 RAB Mobile. Do you need to go ahead and go or do you want to stay in queue? I think we're okay because branding was in range of a node here soon if we aren't doing that RF. Okay, and then we have Peter from Santa Cruz I-O. Let's take some more stations. Call sign and name, RF and internet. K-7 RAB Mobile, K-Mobile. Hello Rebecca, this is Charlie. Kilo Kelly to C or Tango Oscar. Alright, we have the handler here, Crusader, Fred in Oklahoma. Okay Fred, I can't, I have to. Every time someone calls from Oklahoma I always do that. Anyway, and there's Charlie. I'm going to go ahead and draw a line there and go back to the top to Rich and Polo. Hey you two, what are you up to tonight in beautiful West Seattle? K-3-O-E, KK7 IJZ. Good evening Rebecca, well what are we up to? Oh we're nice and comfy here in the easy chair and Polo falls knuckle next to me so that's cool. And yeah, this evening I looked around the house to see what I could make a crazy antenna out of and I found a couple of things. So I have a whirly gig on top that my dad made decades ago so a little bit nostalgia there for me. And then there are some candy jar rings on the bottom that I soldered together and it's working fine so how about that? Well what's going on? Well yesterday I didn't make a crazy antenna because I actually wasn't here. I was down at the Museum of Flight and spent about four hours down there. It was fantastic especially because our friend, W70H, Dan was down there and gave me a grand tour of the whole place. So that was just absolutely fantastic. So anyway, what else? Beautiful day here. I think it was a beautiful day everywhere. Anyway, Polo and I made the best of it. Anyway, thank you so much for doing this and back to you K-3-O-E. Well that sounds like fun. I keep on, you know, just adding to the list. I keep on wanting to go and visit Dan at the Museum of Flight and get a secret tour. That's great. I'm glad that you, I'm very glad that you took time to do that. Rich, it's a really, it's such an interesting museum. Yeah, it's a lot of fun. And yeah, that's what I wrote down. Whirligig plus canning jar rings. I, uh, yeah, that's great. That sounds awesome. I love it. I love it. I love crazy antenna time, Rich. Keep them coming. We'll give this to Polo and 7-3 and 88 to you both and have a wonderful evening in beautiful West Seattle in your beautiful home. And yeah, thanks for stopping by. Alright, next on the list is Robert, KJ7, JXM. How's date night going? Well, first of all, how's our signal? It is both copyable, completely copyable and terrible. So come ahead with your report. Just do it. Alright, alright, alright. This is KJ7, JXM, Robert and 6 tacos, 2 sofas and 2 margaritas in the night. It has been a incredible night. Oh my goodness. I got the first man of 2 completed today. So I got him set out first thing in the morning. I'll get the 2 man completed tomorrow. And then back to the dealership on Sunday so that I can pay the ASAP. There's a couple good checks there. I'm going to spend it about $10. I also received my first check for the business today. Oh, it was so awesome. Robert got it at a bank. It was such a gratifying feeling and was just spectacular. So I'm very happy with how things are going so far. I'm excited to tell my employer that hey, I might need a little bit more time off because I got work coming. But I got to get that work coming first because these first couple of jobs are just taking the bucket and ready to go. So really excited about it all. Be concerned about what's been future will hold for JXM on a modem. It's just exciting. I'm trying to put work together the best I can and not let the margaritas win. It was a celebration night as well as a nice Friday night. So very excited to be where I am in the natural season. I'm in charge with all the fancy lights on. There's so much more I can talk about. I'm going to go ahead and take a quick break. He's got a lot of drive and light. We win. As of now, Rebecca, you are an amazing host. I love you so very much, my friend. I am honored to be in my friend group and be part of my small circle of friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Hope you are having a fantastic evening. Enjoy the ball. And Pat from the back, your other little horse there. And Al's president, Andy. So thank you for doing everything to my friends. I really do appreciate it. And I appreciate the whole PSRT group. And look forward to seeing everyone on the meeting, the four meetings tomorrow. I will try to be front of you even though I might be partially working at the same time. So we'll see how that goes. I can't, I'm rambling now because, yeah, the margaritas are talking. So thank you for what you do. TJ7JXM clearing and banking, my friend."},{"callsign_confidence":0.98,"confidence":null,"created_at":"2025-07-26T13:49:26+00:00","id":10659,"node_number":"oldsys","recording_id":10658,"text":" I forgot that I had written down Cami and that you were a part of the call sign. And then I got K-87R-8B. You're on the list. And I got K-6RAX. Good to hear from you. And then I got W7DNG. And I think there's still food there. Hopefully you can grab a burger or something. So let me go right back up to the top here. And W7JSM, you're usually here at the picnic. So you're here this time? Hello, this is John, W7JSM. No, I couldn't make it this time because the picnic ended up getting scheduled on the 26th on a Saturday. It's usually on a Sunday. And we had our Lake Washington Hand Club Rain or Shine net up at Cougar Mountain today. I'm just now leaving Cougar Mountain right now. So, didn't get to come to the picnic today. Anyway, I hope the picnic is turning out very well today. We had a pretty good turnout up at Cougar Mountain. So, good turnout, good net. And I'm just finished packing my truck up and getting ready to head back home. So, I hope everybody's having a good time down there. W7JSM. W7JSM, Alpha Goal 7, thank you Mike. Oh, that's right. Somebody checked in from the Lake Washington Hands event. Just remember that you are heavily involved with those guys. And drive safe when you're out there. You could perhaps make it here if you're not that far away. I don't know how far away Cougar Mountain is, but I am indeed enjoying it on the festivities. But I will soon. Back at the top, Peter, K6RAX. Good evening, everybody. I figure I'd make a comment or two. We had our first rain that affected our Wednesday coffee session, so we had to go to our alternate restaurant that's a full-service restaurant that's big enough to hold our group. And it's inside where it's nice and warm, and a change in menu because it was just too wet at our normal place. So getting in almost the end of September, we have this all lined up. So if it's raining or something, we have two different places, one for nice weather and one for bad weather. So if we start getting more rain, we'll be spending more time eating breakfasts and getting fat. Otherwise, we had a pretty good time. I'm going to say that to everyone out there in the vacuum of radio space. If you liked Forrest Gump, you probably will like being there. There's Sheryl McClain in it too. Peter Sellers and Sheryl McClain I think were the two biggest names in that movie. There's been more and I love the ending. But anyway, thanks for that. We'll see what the weather is like. We're seeing rains and storms this weekend, but we've been lucking it out really good. We've had really great turnouts. So we lucked out again Yeah, otherwise it was pretty pleasant we had Probably a dozen and half the people were all doing Mesh stuff that you know with the equipment they got and things they have been experimenting with so that's been real popular down here And Jeff this weather seemed to be better than ours and I don't have a setup like he does that You know, I don't get out. Also, if you look up Magic Wormhole, that can be a very neat way of transferring files too. If you have a desktop computer that you're always leaving on, the Magic Wormhole thing can work quite well. So hopefully it sounds like you're getting there. So yeah, thanks for your report. And we had an I.O. from Peter, K6RAX, and followed by a report from Brooks, K9BDC. Yeah, have fun doing domestic engineering of sorts and keeping up with PSRG repeater and all the nets and things and everything that you do. You're amazing and yeah. I did a lot of these things last night. I had a really great, I did a really good kitchen clean last night. I should have taken a picture and framed it. But anyway, yeah, repeaterroundabout.com. repeaterroundabout.com. Well, 73, Jack, have a wonderful day. Yes, Jack will be hosting our new net today as he does most of the new nets. Anyway, 73, Jack. All right. We had an I.O. from Mark and 7YD. We had an I.O. from Peter in Santa Cruz, K.E.6RAX. Let's keep it going. I'll do another last call. Last call for this 9 a.m. net. Thanks for watching."},{"callsign_confidence":1.0,"confidence":null,"created_at":"2025-12-22T03:12:50+00:00","id":83414,"node_number":"oldsys","recording_id":83413,"text":"There, I coughed off air. There, MCC. Anyway, I will thank you, Ann, so much. It's always such a delight. Your book sounds fantastic. I can't wait to find out about getting a copy myself someday. And I'm going to look it up. I wrote it down here next to your name, so I'm going to do that. So here I am letting the mic drift away from my mouth too much. I'm gonna, um, fly right over K-E-6-R-A-X who head over to K-J-7-E-X-M."}]}
