"text": "QSL Bob, kilo six Papa Papa Papa. This is the Transcanded Annette. It comes every week at 13 hours Eastern time and we usually have a question that you are free to answer or not. And today's question is do you still QSL? I don't know if you're an old-timer ham if you have known QSL card deal fashion ways with the paper card and the envelope through QSL Bureau or QSL Direct or if you're using it through some of the logging applications that we found on PC and other type of computers. So that is the question. If you want to answer it you will come to do so now. Other than that this Transcanded Annette will come back next week every Sunday, 13 hours Eastern. And your net control this week is me, Vector Echo 2."

"text": "Kilo Juliet 5, India, Romeo, Quebec. Thank you Russell, and I will make sure to send it back to you Okay, well first off Great that sounds very simple and very delicious. I have found my own experience that Simplicity tends to bring out the best of anything when it comes to cooking, you know we don't have to do 42 different ingredients and There are all these different cooking techniques beforehand to make something come out great. Well, particularly dishes, yes, but not on the average, you know, and so that's great. I tend to drive around in mine a day or so before just because it's so simple. And I have heard of the, I've used the garlic and I was going to say butter, but it's not butter. garlic and salt before. In fact I think my wife usually does her Thanksgiving turkey that way. I'm quite sure that's how she does it every year and I think she actually adds in some other seasons like rosemary and thyme when she bakes her turkey. And then I season mine whenever I use the Big Easy or if I smoke it or whatever we do that year. I do mine this time I feel like it. Usually it has a bit of a bite. I like a little bit of a bite to my poultry, chicken included so I like to mix up what I like to do is inject them I don't know if you do much injecting you can do this with pork ribs brisket chicken it doesn't matter you can inject a lot of things but I make a pretty simple jalapeno butter oil mixture I'll take a whole jalapeno and I'll blend it up and you know tell us by paste and add it to to the other ingredients and you can just put it in with a syringe and it puts it a nice little bite to it it really does you can also buy them at least down here you can buy pre-made injectables that's jalapeno butter and some other flavors also but the ribs yes you can do ribs you don't need to pre-cook them I didn't mine they turned out delicious I hung mine a hug line is what I did and yeah I do the I usually if it's just one chicken that I'm cooking I almost always stand mine when I do a double chicken is whenever I usually lay mine over so a single chicken I have a thing called a beer can chicken holder basically it's a round tube you can slide a beer can into you can use soda or whatever too but what you do is you open up the top of the beer can and then you slide the chicken carcass over the top of it and I typically put in some seasonings and and stuff like that and that it may be some citrus inside of the inside of the liquid that's going to be inside of it I'm gonna take a quick break I'll keep returning maybe briefly yeah so so so then that's all done man I just tell you cooking this is so much fun okay let me run from cooking to airborne operations so Pat man I hadn't been able to see the video I'm I'll probably not be able to really watch the whole thing until this evening which will make it a nice rewards considering I have to do business and meetings. So I don't know Not the most engaging fun things in the world to do at least not for me. And so yeah, I'm looking forward to watching that I'm sure to give me that the the warm happy feeling down deep inside if you Pat, you know what I'm talking about Well, I'm sitting outside actually catching the cool air Bob the sun is starting to roll up over the horizon over here and we looked for the northern lights last night and we just didn't get them down here in my part of Texas they didn't make it down here last night so that was unfortunate we were really kind of hoping to see them down here I mean that's something to talk about I don't think in my 45 years I can't remember a time that people down here could see the northern lights with their naked eye I'm sure it has happened I just can't think of a time So that was really interesting and and and and if y'all haven't been following the three Atlas the interstellar visitor that we have it's getting pretty interesting Darryl's posting some pretty interesting videos, too So there's it's an interesting topic to think about just got a text. I got a text from oh It's real. I'll look at it in a minute brother. All right. I think I think I covered everything that go around I think I did I'm about to go in and start looking at my email today, so that'll be fun So I'm gonna go ahead and send it back to I'm gonna send it back to Russell. This is kj5 iot sending it back to neck control"
