"text": "I'll let you know what my node to extend its range I may be looking at putting an amp on it just a cheap little amp you know all you need depending how high you get up you don't need a ton of power so like I'm like like Josh I'm adding a little bit by little bit a little bit at a time getting to know how everything works, making sure I can maintain everything. And I'm having a blast doing it. Josh, you like projects? If you like projects like me, man, find the one you like and then just build to it slowly, man. I'm having fun. This is repeater station kilo kilo seven, November, Quebec, November. All-star node 6222, located in Shelton, Washington. I don't know how things work. Take me four different iterations over about a three month period to get my all-star node the way I like it. Yeah, I built it down to probably four different times, four or five, I don't know, and I would just do it, and then I'd mess it up, and I'd redo it, that's just the configuration process, you know, and all the time, you know, keep in mind, it's like racking the AI wall thing, the greatest tool at the docks, but I can do that. I'm just kind of like a dog now. The next reason I get that next week is because I need to know how I want to work. And so, yeah, I like projects. And George, you're right. I probably will, in the long run, end up spending more. But in the short term, it gives me the ability not to start too many things. And I'm severely ADHD if I don't strictly limit myself a project or two nothing ever gets completed so yeah the first thing we are doing is ordering a I think I'm between all scan and sherry so I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna review both of them and one of those two will probably be my choice so that somebody else has a very high quality but frugal minded option."

"text": "Well, good evening, Paul. Hello to Moxie and good evening to the rest of the map. This is K90HV. I'm fine. I had a doctor's appointment that I suspect is one in a long series of doctor's appointments while we figure out what to do about all the stuff going on in my left leg, including my left hip. Now, perversely, I don't feel pain in my bones and and what this meant for me with my left hip is it never hurt and so suddenly it has no range of motion and they do the x-rays and turns out the arthritis in it is so bad they will have to replace it. Pain is awful to endure and horrible to live with but it's a signal and it can be Sometimes quite a pain, quite a difficulty if you don't have enough of it. Anyway, that was my wonderful experience today. Oh well, with you it's just a mobility issue. It's not really pain. Gosh, okay. Other than that I finished writing a scene in Raquel meets the space station after a really long set of flights. So she's now completely high and completely enthralled with the fact that she's able to fly again. And she goes off her ship and wanders away, never to be seen again for many hours, to the great dismay of the person who is taking care of her. Let's see, oh I did a little bit of a harp practice, of course, getting the accidental changes in Wexford carol perfectly so that it sounds like it's being played on a chromatic harp. Other than that, that's about it, um, 733388 to everybody, thanks Paul for doing that, thanks to everyone for listening, I love you all, this is KA90HV, back to Nat."

"text": "Ok Bobby, I said make your down since I misspoke, I meant to say you wanted to be in and out, so I appreciate you checking in, and I'll still watch for you on the list, and I don't know why I just got an alarm rang in, but I don't see anything new out there, do I see Jim has joined us, W1IK has joined us, so put you on the list Jim, and I'll go ahead and and make the announcements that I always have. First of all, talking about our nets, we have a 40 meter net on six nights a week, 7 p.m. Central Time on 7264, 7.264 megahertz, Sunday through Friday, 7 p.m. Central Time. We have another 40 meter net on Mondays and Wednesdays at later night that comes on at Pacific time 8.15 p.m. so that's still at what 10 and 11 p.m. 10 and 15 and 11.15 p.m. Eastern Central and Eastern times. Still on 72-64 on Monday night and Wednesday nights only. We have an HF set on 20 meters on Tuesdays and Thursdays daytime hours. That comes on at 11.15 AM central time, on 14.283, 14.283, all of those are plus or minus QRM, which we have to get a 15 AC, but sometimes if the band is noisy or QRM, we might have to move further off, so the best, as always, is to check netlogger.org, and they'll see a list of nets there, and it'll show you what frequency we're on. We're always on that longer. Then of course we've got this net on Thursday nights at the same time, same place, and we have a video meeting they're calling it now on Tuesday nights. It's open to everybody. It's on Zoom, and there's a link to that. If you go to our website, you'll see near the top of the page in the center column a list of nets, it's at the bottom of the list of nets. There's a link there you can click to get up to that meeting. What else we got coming up? We've got some rallies coming up, Quartzsite, Arizona coming up with their annual Quartz Fest over there and we have a group that will be over there and you can contact our host and with my timer, let me reset."

But, um, yeah. Thank you so much for all that you do for our club. I know that you do a lot. Behind the scenes. If y'all don't know, Tim does a lot behind the scenes. And, um, yeah, it's good to hear you being so relaxed and being able to, like, spend hours just, like, hanging out, researching tons. Yeah! I don't see. 7-3-10, have a good night, and it's always good to hear from you. We had an I.O. from Todd, and... Keep it going. Call, find a name, R, F, and Internet."

Maybe I'll pick up something there that I can put to good use there. Enjoying the ham radio stuff. Have a great day. I'm from Springdale, Arkansas, 73s. Thank you, Mac, from Springdale, Arkansas. KI-5 RFI, VE-2 Victor Bravo for the Trans-Canada Net. Gentlemen, we have like four minutes left before the end of this net. If there's any station anywhere in the world that would like to check in, you're welcome to do it now. So give me your call sign. Come phonetically. I repeat, today's question was, is there anything that you would like to have on your wish list for Christmas to put under the tree or are 81 days before Christmas Day? So that is the question. Anything you wish to have offered from someone or from me to me, it's working also. So go ahead now, VE-2 Victor Bravo with your call sign. Beep. Beep."
