So as long as you haven't written any cars off in the meantime or knocked anybody over, any kind of people walking along the pavements or run over any dogs and cats, well, you just never know. Mike, thank you, and I'm so much looking forward to having a look at that after I finish my neck control duties. I'll definitely go and have a look at that. Thank you so much, Mike. Well, anyway, you and Bertie. If we did hear we'd hear from Bertie. Hi, Bertie. Go and get your ball. Yeah, good stuff. We'll have a fantastic weekend there in Hawes there. Pronoun d'art to Declan there. No disgrace to be one place behind you on the podium. In fact it's a bit of an achievement I think. Coming in via Echo Link and I've got little Bertie here and that's correct we are in the caravan which is permanently sighted just outside the town of Hawes Hotel Alpha Whiskey Echo Sierra at the western end of Wensleydale. Lovely, lovely place so if I stop speaking for a moment you'll hear the rain on the awning. There it is and possibly the sounds of Bertie the nearly six month old Springer Spaniel belting around the place or bouncing around and having a thoroughly good time one way or another. Not a lot to report really. Land of the Prince Bishops is very Prince Bishop-ish. Sorry it's the teeth I'm trying them for a friend. Prince Bishop-ish and it's great stuff. We've got a nice weekend ahead here at the caravan and we really, really enjoy that. The HF set is set up by me but I haven't switched it on yet. Just coming in on an iPad via Echo Link. And if you're able to come back to the microphone, please feel free to recheck later, and have a wee word with Dave in the second half. Anyway, in the meantime, I'll tell you who I have on the list, folks. Oh, very well behaved there. Man, I'll tell you. So we do have Kelsey in reverse order, Golf 7, Mike Bravo Hotel. That's Mike all the way from the Yorkshire Dales, I believe, in his caravan. We do have Michael out there in Indianapolis. That is KC9LRB. Good to see you, my friend. N9ZIV, that's Dwayne. Dwayne, good to see you on board as well. Dwayne has been a wee well. KG5GWN, all the way from Oklahoma. That's Will. Good to see you there, sir. We've got Rich out there in Paris, Texas. WB9CSB, Richard, they checked in on the AIM window there. We have an in and out from Victor Echo 4. Yankee, Yankee, Lima, that's Rosie. Good to hear you there, my friend. And on the podium, in third place today, folks, is Mark out there in Aurora, Ohio. KC8FQV. I thought I was going to make it, but not quite. KC8FQV, Mark, good to see you. We'll be with you shortly. Victor Echo 6 Delta, Charlie Victor is in second place today. He was short time, so I will be taking Dave very, very soon. The top of the list, the top of the podium to Whiskey Zero, Kewo, Yankee Hotel is Declan, the kind young ham out there in Newport, South Wales. So I do know that Dave was short time. Somebody else said they were short time as well. And oh, goodness me, for the life of me, I can't quite remember. So can somebody tell me in the AIM window, can you tell me who else was short time? I think it might have been KJ5GWN, but I'm not quite sure. So if anyone can remember, if it was only a net blogger, just let me know who else was short time that you heard, and that will be great. In the meantime, I'm going to go and speak to Dave. I'm still trying to remember for myself. Victor Echo 6 Delta, Charlie Victor, Dave, Wally from Calgary, Alberta. Welcome, Dave. Happy Friday. Are you bowling? What's going on? Only you can tell us, Dave. The mic is yours. Victor Echo 6 Delta, Charlie Victor, we're at home today. We'll be doing that next week. We had to get my scooter fixed today. So we did that. We fixed the headlight and tightened up a few things. And of course, for me I'm going to need some tires coming up soon. So not right away, but soonish. I'm going to come next spring. I've been using this thing for quite a bit or a lot. So yep, that's the story there. What else? That cooler day, it's still nice sunshine, but that wind is blowing, and it feels like fall. I think our swimming time might be coming to an end. Well, it is. It goes into the pool on October 3rd. That's what you inspired there, Michael, an emergency connection and more information and TGIF connections and goodness knows what else. It's far too quick for me to remember. But Michael, it's always a pleasure to speak to you, sir. It really, really is. And thanks so much for taking the time to stop by. Um, and I'll explain that in a minute or so. But, um, yeah, we're, uh, we're trembling unhappily. We're just outside Hawes in Wensleydale. And we are here, um, because the caravan's here of course. This is the Harry Grimm weekend. Harry Grimm is, um, a character in a series of detective novels. And, um, the author who, um, I was going to say the author who writes them. Tiwetel'inayin, folks. Sierra, whiskey. Welcome. Happy Friday. And Steve, the mic is yours. Greetings, Graham from KZ9FSW. Steve here. I had it on my calendar. The next time that I would have off of work and I was able to check into your net, I was going to do it. So, today I did. I'm glad I was able to free up a little bit of time here this afternoon. I had the day off of work and got a few appointments done and also woke up super early and scrolled Facebook Marketplace and found a desk that I liked. I needed something a little beefy to hold up a bunch of ham radio gear. So, I've got a shelf that I built and I'll be setting that on top of the desk along with my Icon 7800 and an amplifier. So, I bought a steel vest because it needed to support all the weight. So, I was able to meet up with the buyer, call a mover, get it picked up, delivered. So, it's all in the basement. It's all ready to go. This is Repeater Station Kilo Kilo 7 November Quebec November. All-Star Note 632, located in Shelton, Washington. And it's about 18C here in Wisconsin, right on the western shore of Lake Michigan here. It rained for a little bit today. Then the sun came out. Coming in and out of the clouds, but it's overcast right now. I'll be headed outside. I'm going to clean up the garage a little bit also and just enjoy my evening off of work. I'll play some ham radio here and probably head over to Lakeshore Net after yours. So, it's good to hear you all here, Graham, and hearing everybody else that I haven't heard before and a few others that I have heard before. So, with that, I'll pass it back to Net Control. That's really interesting. By the way, you didn't time out at all. That's exactly what happened to us last week when we went down to the breeder and our husband is a really good gun dog trainer. He's a retired police dog trainer and everything else. He was saying the same thing, get him off the lead. Get all the basic commands done. Get a better lead. He told us we had the wrong equipment. We changed it and everything else. What a difference it's made since a week past Wednesday. Honestly, it's been a world of a difference and his training has come on so, so much. Just as he'll work, everything else has just been quite a transformation. He says, once you've got that, he says, don't worry about the recall. He's a lab. He'll come back to you. He doesn't want to leave you. If you've got the ball, he'll come back. Have a second ball, he'll come back. He was absolutely right. We really enjoyed that time at the field yesterday. It's 12 pounds for an hour, which I don't think is too bad for the training and everything else. It has all the tunnels and the wee posts and the bridge and a sand pit and an old boat to go and play in and different bits and pieces. Even through the tunnel, great. We actually put up a video. Well, Helen did somewhere. He was doing absolutely wonderful. It definitely built our confidence. Hopefully, he built his as well. Good stuff, Mike. I think we're kind of at the same kind of stage.
