It's mortgage and water time. My water bill is more than my electricity bill, my gas bill, my internet bill. It's huge. This month is $398. That was not a mispronouncer. $398. We used about 7,000 gallons this month. That's because we are a community, our community is building a new Turkey Peak dam, a whole new dam. It's going to make one of our lakes. It's going to add on to our lake basically. Anyhow, it's really expensive to do and they decided to, about a year, a little over a year ago now, it's been almost two years. They raised our water rates up 146%. 146%. 146% to cover the cost of everything going on. And what's really bad is they spent like $90 million already and none of it's been on the dam. It's been on having to buy private property and roads because it's really split this community whether or not we need it or not. Water security is always important to me but golly at what cost.
