"text": "The cow-bugging event meets seven days a week at 7.30 Eastern Standard Time and is the embodiment of free speech and politeness. We can talk about anything on the cow-bugging event, anything your little heart desires. Bring it up. Bring it up. Do it with respect for your fellow hams. Do it without worry. I was going to say remonstrances, but let's just say recrimination. We're going to do it in an orderly and sensible way. And we're famous for it. We're very, very good at it. Hey, I looked up something this morning. Let's see if I can still find it. Holy moly. The word of the year. Here's some of the 2025 words of the year. The Oxford English Dictionary, the OEDs, we like to call it, picked rage bait, which is content designed to provoke anger for clicks. Merriam-Webster came back with SLOP, S-L-O-P, low quality, often nonsensical digital content. 67 or 67 was chosen by dictionary.com, and it's a number that's searched in lookups linked to online trends like Roblox. Vibe coding was picked by the Collins Dictionary, using AI with natural language to write code. My favorite, TACO, was picked by The Economist. It's an acronym for Trump Always Chickens Out, related to trade disputes. In the Cambridge Dictionary, while they didn't actually pick a favorite word of the year, They are having a lot of discussions around stanning and fan culture, stanning and fan culture. Anyway guys, we're going to have a great night today. There will be crosswords, there will be quizzes, there will be world changing questions to answer and comment on. And all you have to do is come now with your call sign, this is KC2PKG. VE3SBX, good morning, Gray. a day off so I get to spend my morning with you today."

"text": "And then so here in southern Ontario and parts of cottage country Brussels they were the highest unofficial total they came in a 57 centimeter so about two feet Kitchener they had 36 centimeters Lucknow 24. I remember Lucknow like was it eight years ago. They got They had over 150 centimeters. So that was Five feet of snow. I remember going through Lucknow and they had five feet of snow It's a lot of snow. Barrie, they had over 30 centimeters. I think I saw a report near Springwater. That was about 40 Markdale 27 and Midhurst 21 centimeters respectively and for our Americans friends listening 30 centimeters is approximately one foot Obviously 60 centimeters would be 2 feet. So there's your math 15 centimeters is 6 inches So yeah, so there we have it as far as snow goes us here in the city in Toronto in the Greater Toronto area We escaped most of it, although the extremities of the city, the western and eastern extremities, Halton, they saw a few centimeters out of it. In North Oshawa, they got almost a foot of snow, almost 30 centimeters out of it. So I think they were 22 centimeters or so. So yeah, the urban areas missed most of it, but the edges of the city sure got it. Let me drop it. Located in Shelton, Washington."

He hated the job man, he was, at first he thought he was going to love it, but I just know he couldn't really take it, you know, it takes a special person and I know that from being hurt and having the paramedics from the fire department come help me and I'm very thankful to them, trust me, because I was in pretty bad shape and they had to come and get me out of an area that was just full of mud sliding everywhere and yeah, so yeah, you know, I just, I have a lot of respect for that and another love for that."
