"text": " Yeah, I can relate. I typically can't fall asleep until after midnight. My brain doesn't shut off. And then I am right awake. I don't care. 90% of the time I'm right awake at 5 o'clock in the morning. So I typically get 4 to 5 hours of sleep a day. Then once a month or so, I'll end up sleeping a good, a good most of the day like I did yesterday and last night. I think it's just the way my body catches up. I've been sleeping like that, gosh, 15 years I guess. 4 or 5 hours of sleep every night. And then once or twice a month I may end up taking a really good 3 or 4 hour nap. And then I'm good again for a while. So it's kind of hard but that's just the way my sleep patterns have always been it seems like."

"text": " Thanks, Matt. I'm about 60% through ground school. I was going to do all of ground school first and knock that out, and then start flying. And then I realized that the ground school prep is divided into a few different sections. The first section gets you ready for solo, and then the second section talks a lot about cross country and things you need to pass your DPE check and that kind of stuff. But I was thinking, I thought to myself, you know, I might as well get on the airplane because everything I've learned so far gets me up to, you know, being able to perform maneuvers and stuff. And so now I think I can run it concurrently. Anyway, like I said, I'm out of town visiting W7 AMD over the weekend. He's over in North Carolina, my favorite number one Elmer Chris. But anyway, when I get back, get that thing going. Yeah, looking forward to it. Thanks, Matt, for checking in there. And have yourself a beautiful day. Bert, thanks for waiting. Hello and good morning, Bert. KK7 J-U-M."
