Sunny and about 76 degrees. Yeah, that is about the perfect temperature if I do get this day. So, sounds like you had a quiet, relaxing day watching the squirrels run around and be squirrelly. And then you watched some baseball, cleaned up your apartment a little bit. Yeah, that sounds like a really nice day. I'm glad you enjoyed it, Jess. Thank you for checking in. It's always great to hear from you. We will talk to you again soon. Okay, it is 9.22 p.m. on K9MLR. Megan, we had an I.O. from Lloyd, AG7CX. And now we're going to go talk to Doug, W-A-0-Z-A-W. How's it going, Doug? Hey, it's going pretty well. Thank you for taking my call and running the net. You do a lovely job. Yeah, so the comment on the DoorDash was funny. So I went to business school back around the turn of the century. And back then it was the dot com era. Basically, anyone who could write or spell a business plan could get millions of dollars by people who had no idea what they were doing to start any business that came to mind. And someone started a company called Webvan. And the business model was really quite simple. You would go online to their webpage and order just about anything you could imagine. And they would bring it to you for no extra charge. You would pay retail. And I'm sitting here in business school scratching my head looking at this like, how does that make any sense? So I got on Webvan and I ordered a Snickers bar. And I went out front and sat on my porch and waited for it to be delivered. Some guy came in a commercial vehicle, you know, like one of those big drum and things. He delivered a Snickers bar and I paid like, I don't know, a buck and a half for it. I'm like, what? That's insanity. So the van they delivered it in cost $60,000, $70,000. The guy delivering it, I assume, had paid something. And it was just insane. Anyway, the business very quickly went under. And that's what the early dot com era was all about. It was just hilarious. Anyway, so the DoorDash brought that to mind. That was sort of a chuckle. So yeah, the news today is giving me an suggestion. I don't think that, at least on TV, they're feeding us is reasonable. So this isn't a political program, so I won't go there. But anyway, other than that, I too have been cleaning. And oh, I picked up a, I did an article off of a newspaper on, I did lemon chicken with anchovies, garlic, and capers. A recipe from the newspaper. It was great. And that's my name."},{"callsign_confidence":0.94,"confidence":null,"created_at":"2025-10-20T12:52:41+00:00","id":65231,"node_number":"oldsys","recording_id":65230,"text":" Alpha, Golf 7 Charlie X-Ray saying hello Jack and the net. But I also can't read my track phone cards so I'm thinking of switching back over to the thing with the T. So I guess we'll see what happens. But otherwise, yeah, when it comes to small print and you can't read it yet it just gets kind of weird. But hey, I still do what I can anyway because, you know, get me motivated, entertained, on my toes. And yeah, now I've got to find out which chord can go to a Surface Go 2 to the TV so that I can actually see its screen. I don't know which card. I don't feel an HDMI port but there is something similar that's smaller. Same shape though. So I'm thinking it's a miniature one. So I'm going to have to figure that out now because I can't use the other beast as it has tin on it and so I'm having fun with that trying to get updated. It won't. Something is missing I guess. Other than that, hey, I'm having it kind of wild all day today. But you know what, I have all of you. I'm entertained because, you know, you're all such good folks so there you go. And yeah, keep me teared up on my diet. I am still working on it. Hopefully at the end of this month maybe I can get something done about that right knee. KJ7, EXM, back to next. Well you work on that because yeah, you want that knee in good shape. So I guess they can do it because you can use that knee better. Well very good. Oh by the way, I think that thing that looks like HDMI same shape but smaller, I've seen those on the newer Raspberry Pis like the Raspberry Pi 4 and 5. And I think it's called a micro HDMI or mini, one or the other. Somebody will correct me who's out there if we have a little more net. Something like that. You'll find it. Let's see, we had an I.O. from Lloyd, AG7CX. And that gets us through the round. So let's see if there is anybody still hanging in there. This is the 9 p.m. PSRG Social Lab. My name is Bill, K7WSB. So yeah, keep at it and keep us posted. And 7th reading. All right, we had an I.O. from Lloyd, AG7CX, now in Eastern Washington, Springdale. Wow, had to look that up. That is a tiny place. So hope you're living large out there. And let's go next to Sean, KJ7EXM. Sean, how are you tonight? This is repeater station kilo kilo. Well, let's see. Other than sneezing, I'm doing fine. It was, I wouldn't say drippy looking, but I'm sure it probably is in some cases. It looks like the clouds had that typical coloring of what we would expect, but not quite for that S-N-O-W. Yeah, that's a four-letter word even to me. But it's fun to ski on and other things. So I'm sure those who are going up on the hills this year will have fun if we get a whole bunch of it there. As to here, I don't know. Kind of hit and miss in that regard. But I am inside, staying dry. I'm listening to all of you. And I could have sworn on the other radio that I accidentally heard a group on, well, I thought I was on six meters, but I might not have been. But I heard a group down there, and I could have sworn I heard Lake Washington. So I'm not sure what frequency they sit on. I accidentally found you. Hello.
