Very few of these that I've ever gotten into sound like they're working really well. So AC2PKG over to you. It does sound like some kind of engine, but it doesn't."

Just pretty much get busy I know there's people on right now. I'm filling in for the other Kevin until further notice at which point when he comes back he'll have the Saturday spot as he usually does alright now I got questions for days I'll get busy with questions when we get to maybe the bottom of this list and today is going to be different and I'll repeat this later but I've got an event to go to right after the net I have a friend that's picking me up and we're going to a ham event at 7 which will be 10 your time so ideally I'd like to get everybody settled before before 10 if that's possible I'm going to try to figure that out because I gotta go I'm going to antenna day which is taking place at Cammavally Park in Langley and so there will be V7s and other people in the building as well we're going to be right in the midst of Cammavally Park right in the wooded area there where they hide the bodies and you know anyways so and I'll bring my phone because I'll be bored as hell most likely I mean there's only so much radioing I'll probably do with them and then I'll probably have the headphones on listening to Vlad or something like that or music or something to that effect so I'll mention it again so just be aware that I will mention it again so that's basically the styles there we're going to try to figure that out and then when we get to the second part here I want to start doing cyphers so I can move around a little bit alright and if you don't remember that's okay I always say that that's what I'm here for so I did not take down any names I decided to have a fresh start I know there's people out there because I've heard the system running pretty much the whole time and I was here for about an hour so I know there's people there and so extensively that's who we're going to hear"

This is V01 UKZ and I will be your net controller for the next two and a half hours or so. This net meets each and every day Monday through Saturday and will be the tentative net on Sundays. This is a general round table rag-tune net where all topics of conversation are welcome as long as you discuss the more controversial ones with respect to your fellow ham's opinions. Without further ado, let's go ahead and get the Cowabunga Net started for this morning. I do have George on the list. Anyone that would like to join him, please go ahead now."

You know, some chips and salsa and stuff is what I would have if I was having people over or something. But my favorite hors d'oeuvre is like you make them on a toothpick or a skewer and you put like a chunk of steak at the bottom and then maybe a little bit of sausage, like a round of a sausage and then a chunk of pickle, maybe a little cocktail onion. You know, you can pretty much put whatever the hell you want on them really, but that's my favorite. Maybe a chunk of cheese, you know, and five or six different things. Not like a short little toothpick, but like the longer kind that are like more rounded toothpicks. And you just fill it out with stuff. You pick up the end of it and you pop it in your mouth and you just have an abundance of flavors. Absolutely love those things, man. They're like my favorite. I could clean out a plate of those on my own."

"text": " Yeah, downtown Portland, I like the city, always have. I just don't agree with the politics, but it's perfectly safe, in my opinion, to go downtown Portland right now. There's nothing going on down there. Don't believe the national news that they like to sensationalize everything. The local news all they're showing is the building down there where the ISIS is. And there's a few people, and there will probably be more. But just stay off of south McAdam Avenue, which is a couple miles south of downtown Portland. But you can go down to downtown Portland, it's fine. I wouldn't be afraid to go down there. I don't go down there, but I wouldn't be afraid to right now. But, yeah, I don't know what's going to happen. Like I say, I don't know whether they're going to park all of these National Guard vehicles and how they're going to take care of all these people. There's a big restaurant down there, the spaghetti factory. They've got a big parking lot, so maybe they can take that parking lot over and park the vehicles in there. It's only about a block away from where this ISIS building is. I used to, when I was retired, I used to take care of a manhole right there in front of their building when I was in the sewers. We had a guy that had an enzyme package or something, and once a week I'd have to go down there, take the manhole cover off, and take the old bag out and put a new bag of enzymes in there. They were having trouble, I think, with the restaurant dumping stuff they shouldn't have or something. I don't know. Anyway, I don't do that anymore. I'm retired 21 years, so I just let them do whatever they want to do down there. That's generally the way it goes. Anyway, KV-7, KVW."

I got now five boosters. I have to take them because of my lung disease. But, booster rates are right at about 20% in most states. So, 80% of the nation hasn't kept up on their boosters. So, if they get something like an extremely nasty COVID virus, I was trying to think of, there was one where, oh, here it is. If it spreads as fast as Omicron but hits as hard as Delta, we could be looking at death tolls compatible to the early waves, easily a half a million plus just at the beginning if we get a variant that gets stronger again and people are not protected. So, you know, and with Kennedy and all the crap he's pulling right now and the completely firing all kinds of people, people just resigning because they've had enough and they can't do it. They can't share information. They can't do anything. Their hands are tied to the CDC. Honestly, I think, you know, the CDC needs to be revamped the correct way with somebody that knows what the hell they're doing and has a medical degree at the very least. But, I wouldn't take them at face value now. I would rather listen to the CDC in Europe or in Canada, just about anywhere else but the United States because all you're going to get is a bunch of bullshit. Anyhow, back to you, Gray.
